## Checks the lawyer makes

1. Look for a director's guarantee or a loan that is a condition of entry, not only the franchise agreement.
2. Count 14 days from the documents in final form, including on a transfer.
3. If a document was not available 14 days before entry, record the date it was actually given.
4. Do not treat this list as the pre-signing timetable already in the catalogue. This list is the side agreements.
