## Checks the lawyer makes

1. Confirm the advice applies the framework in force from 10 June 2025 and says so.
2. Check that every figure relied on comes from the reconciled asset pool, not the tool.
3. Confirm the advice addresses family violence, including economic or financial abuse, where it is raised.
