Section 3106.60 requires the assignee or transferee to furnish a proper bond if bond coverage continues to be required. A transfer of overriding royalty must be filed but, under § 3106.10, does not require approval. The lawyer completes and files the form. The tool does not state the fee in 43 C.F.R. § 3000.120. |
