## Checking plan

**Source-by-source verification**

Build the calendar from Listing Rule 3.8A, and keep it separate from the 10/12 limit.

- What the AI does: From the buy-back type and the dates securities are bought back, set out the notifications the opened rule requires and the time each one is due. Do not calculate the 10/12 limit and do not prepare the shareholder-approval documents.
- What the lawyer does: The lawyer confirms the buy-back type against the current rule table and authorises each notice before it is lodged.
- Who reviews: Responsible lawyer with competence in the matter
- Basis: Practical workflow informed by the linked primary sources; the traffic light and working checks are editorial guidance, not a court classification.
- Why: The level reflects what the work is, the consequence of an error, and how much of the output the lawyer must independently re-derive.

## Checks the lawyer makes

1. Give the daily Appendix 3C Part 4 only for an employee, on-market or equal access buy-back, at least half an hour before trading on the next business day. Do not give it for a minimum holding or a selective buy-back.
2. Time the on-market final notice from the day the maximum is reached or the entity decides to stop, not from the original announcement.
3. Do not recalculate the 10/12 limit or the shareholder-approval forms in this calendar.
4. The lawyer checks the current Chapter 3 table before lodging, including the final-notice time for a selective buy-back.

## Notes

- These are suggested working checks. Confirm the required checking with the responsible lawyer before work starts; the checking approach does not establish permission to use AI.
- The Chapter 3 table was read as extracted text. The daily row and the on-market final-notice sentence were checked twice. The form design of Appendix 3C was not opened.
