## Checking plan

**Source-by-source verification**

Check the draft against s 713(2) to (5), and leave the gateway questions for the lawyer.

- What the AI does: From the draft and the list of lodged documents, mark each content rule in the opened section as present, missing, or not applicable. Do not write prospectus text. Do not treat the section as available until the lawyer has confirmed the securities qualify and that no exclusion is in force.
- What the lawyer does: The lawyer decides whether the section can be used, whether the disclosure is enough, and writes the prospectus.
- Who reviews: Responsible lawyer with competence in the matter
- Basis: Practical workflow informed by the linked primary sources; the traffic light and working checks are editorial guidance, not a court classification.
- Why: The level reflects what the work is, the consequence of an error, and how much of the output the lawyer must independently re-derive.

## Checks the lawyer makes

1. Do not use this section until the lawyer confirms the securities are continuously quoted securities. The definition was not opened.
2. Check the statements in s 713(3), and either the offer of copies or the attachment of the documents in s 713(4), including a sustainability report if one has been lodged.
3. Add information that was excluded from a continuous disclosure notice only where s 713(5) requires it.
4. Check for an ASIC determination under s 713(6), and do not use the section for a two-part simple corporate bonds prospectus. Do not write the prospectus.

## Notes

- These are suggested working checks. Confirm the required checking with the responsible lawyer before work starts; the checking approach does not establish permission to use AI.
- Regulatory Guide 254 was not opened. The content rules are taken from s 713.
