| How AI is used | Build a schedule with each artificial-intelligence statement, the filing or presentation it appears in, the source document and page, and a blank column for the conclusion. Write no disclosure sentence. |
| What the lawyer must review | You complete the conclusion column, and you write any sentence that is filed. Item 105 (17 CFR § 229.105) requires a Risk Factors discussion, where appropriate, of the material factors that make the investment speculative or risky, with a describing subcaption, an explanation of how the risk affects the registrant or the securities, and plain English. Generic risks go last under General Risk Factors. A discussion longer than 15 pages needs a summary of no more than two pages in the forepart. Section 11 (15 U.S.C. § 77k) and Rule 10b-5 (17 CFR § 240.10b-5) are the liability provisions opened for an untrue statement of a material fact and for a misleading omission. The Commission's 18 March 2024 release on Delphia (USA) Inc. and Global Predictions Inc. says public issuers must remain vigilant about material misstatements on artificial intelligence. ABA Formal Opinion 512 requires independent verification of generated output. The schedule is an internal check. It is not the Item 105 summary and it is not a Form 8-K. |

## Checking plan

- What the AI does: Build a schedule with each artificial-intelligence statement, the filing or presentation it appears in, the source document and page, and a blank column for the conclusion. Write no disclosure sentence.
- Basis: Checked against the linked sources on 22 October 2026. Confirm the current instrument before reliance.

## Notes

- If the schedule is later attached to a filing, you rewrite any sentence that will be filed. An extract of a claim is not a disclosure.
- Form 8-K item text was not opened for this schedule. Read the current item before using the schedule as a current-report checklist.
