## Checking plan

**Source-by-source verification**

Trace relied-on content to independent sources and check for relevant material the output has missed.

- What the AI does: From the institution requests and the payment records, list each deposit, who was asked to pay, the due date, and any unpaid balance. The tool does not decide to suspend the arbitration.
- What the lawyer does: The lawyer decides whether to pay a shortfall, whether to seek an award for a substitute payment, and what to tell the client if the proceedings may stop.
- Who reviews: Responsible lawyer with competence in the matter
- Basis: Practical workflow informed by the linked primary sources; the traffic light and working checks are editorial guidance, not a court classification.
- Why: The level reflects what the work is, the consequence of an error, and how much of the output the lawyer must independently re-derive.

## Checks the lawyer makes

1. Record the deposit fixed under Article 49 for the tribunal and the administration fee, and any separate deposit for a tribunal-appointed expert or a counterclaim.
2. Shares are equal in principle, unless there are more than two parties or ACICA fixes another proportion. Interest on the deposit stays with ACICA.
3. If the deposit is not paid within 30 days, another party may pay and recover that sum as a debt immediately due. The tribunal may award that debt on application.
4. An unpaid deposit can lead to suspension or termination. This ledger is not the costs submission after the award.

## Notes

- These are suggested working checks. Confirm the required checking with the responsible lawyer before work starts; the checking approach does not establish permission to use AI.
