## Checking plan

**Source-by-source verification**

Trace relied-on content to independent sources and check for relevant material the output has missed.

- What the AI does: From the award and the error or omission identified by the lawyer, list whether it is a correction, an interpretation or an additional award, and the day count in the applicable article. The tool does not write the request.
- What the lawyer does: The lawyer decides whether the article allows the request, whether the parties agreed to interpretation, and writes the request.
- Who reviews: Responsible lawyer with competence in the matter
- Basis: Practical workflow informed by the linked primary sources; the traffic light and working checks are editorial guidance, not a court classification.
- Why: The level reflects what the work is, the consequence of an error, and how much of the output the lawyer must independently re-derive.

## Checks the lawyer makes

1. Separate a correction, an agreed interpretation, and an additional award. The periods are not the same.
2. Count 30 days from receipt of the award for the request, unless the parties agreed another period. Count the tribunal time from the request, or from the date of the award for its own correction.
3. The lawyer writes the request and gives notice to the other party. The tool does not.
4. Diaries of set-aside time, and maps of the grounds for refusing enforcement of a foreign award, are separate tasks.

## Notes

- These are suggested working checks. Confirm the required checking with the responsible lawyer before work starts; the checking approach does not establish permission to use AI.
