| How AI is used | List the allegations, the statutory provision each one appears to invoke, and any term the file shows the parties have discussed. Write no submission and no release. |
| What the lawyer must review | You write the submissions and every sentence of the release. Section 2000e-5(b) provides for conference, conciliation and persuasion. Under § 2000e-5(f)(1), if within thirty days after a charge is filed, or within thirty days after a referral period under subsection (c) or (d), the Commission has been unable to secure a conciliation agreement acceptable to the Commission, the Commission may sue a respondent that is not a government, governmental agency or political subdivision. A government respondent is referred to the Attorney General, who may sue. A private civil action may be brought within ninety days after notice if the charge is dismissed, or if within one hundred and eighty days from filing or the end of any referral period, whichever is later, the Commission has not sued, the Attorney General has not sued a government respondent, and the Commission has not entered into a conciliation agreement to which the person aggrieved is a party. You decide the terms. A release is a signed instrument. State contract law on releases was not opened. |

## Checking plan

- What the AI does: List the allegations, the statutory provision each one appears to invoke, and any term the file shows the parties have discussed. Write no submission and no release.
- Basis: Checked against the linked sources on 22 October 2026. Confirm the current instrument before reliance.

## Notes

- Do not add a tax clause, a waiver of unknown claims, or an Older Workers Benefit Protection Act waiver. Those instruments were not opened.
- If a submission is filed in court, Rule 11(b) applies to the lawyer who signs, files, submits or later advocates it.
