## Key facts

| Fact | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Practice area | [Anti-Discrimination & Industrial Relations](https://ailawframework.com/practice/anti-discrimination-and-industrial-relations.md) |
| Human involvement | Red: Lawyer writes; AI may check, clarify or collect data |
| How AI is used | List each citation, each factual claim, and whether the charge file contains a source for it. Write no sentence of the complaint. |
| What the lawyer must review | You write nothing that is filed, and you do not sign, file, submit or later advocate the paper unless you have made the inquiry in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b). By presenting a pleading to the court, an attorney or unrepresented party certifies, after an inquiry reasonable under the circumstances, that the paper is not presented for an improper purpose, that the legal contentions are warranted by existing law or by a nonfrivolous argument for extending, modifying or reversing existing law or for establishing new law, that the factual contentions have evidentiary support or, if specifically identified, will likely have it after a reasonable opportunity for investigation or discovery, and that denials are warranted on the evidence or, if specifically identified, are reasonably based on belief or a lack of information. Rule 11(c) allows a sanction, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond, on an attorney, law firm or party. A motion for sanctions is served and not filed if the challenged paper is withdrawn or corrected within 21 days, or another time the court sets. Title VII (42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)) is the hiring and terms-and-conditions duty opened for this check. ABA Formal Opinion 512 requires a lawyer to review generated analysis and citations before submitting them to a court, and says even an unintentional misstatement can be a misrepresentation under Model Rule 8.4(c). Some courts require disclosure of generative-tool use. Consult the local rules. No standing order was opened. |

## Checking plan

- What the AI does: List each citation, each factual claim, and whether the charge file contains a source for it. Write no sentence of the complaint.
- Basis: Checked against the linked sources on 22 October 2026. Confirm the current instrument before reliance.

## Notes

- Rule 11(b) applies to an unrepresented party who presents the paper. Model Rules 3.3 and 8.4(c) apply when a lawyer signs, files, submits or later advocates it.
- Do not supply a structure or an outline of the complaint. The tool lists claims and missing sources only.
