## Key facts

| Practice area | [Confidentiality & client information](https://ailawframework.com/obligations/confidentiality-and-client-information.md) |
| Human involvement | Yellow: Lawyer and AI draft together |
| How AI is used | List each document by date, author, and type. Leave the privilege column blank. Do not say a document is privileged. |
| What the lawyer must review | You mark privilege. No privilege or work-product rule was opened, so the schedule does not apply a test and does not guess a label. Model Rule 1.6(a) still limits revelation of information relating to the representation while the schedule is built. Formal Opinion 512 requires informed consent before the documents go into a self-learning tool whose output could disclose that information. Model Rule 3.3 applies if you later describe the schedule to a tribunal. A document that is not in the set you marked is not added. |

## Checking plan

- What the AI does: List each document by date, author, and type. Leave the privilege column blank. Do not say a document is privileged.
- Basis: Checked against the linked sources on 22 October 2026. Confirm the current instrument before reliance.

## Notes

- The blank column is intentional. A generated label is not a privilege call.
- Do not send the schedule outside the firm until you have marked it.
