**Is there a Tasmanian equivalent of SC Gen 23?**

The Law Society of New South Wales index did not list one as at 14 May 2026. Check the Court’s site. Absence from that index is not a finding that no notice exists.

**What should I disclose?**

If the Court has published a note, follow it. If it has not, do not invent a clause from another state. Still verify the document and protect confidential material.

**Which date applies?**

Only a date the Tasmanian court has published. Another state’s date does not apply.
