## Disclosure checklist

Work through this against the instrument, not instead of it.

- Open the SAET adoption page and read which guidelines apply and from when.
- Then open the Supreme Court guideline PDF the page points to.
- Do not rely on the six-court announcement alone.
- Verify citations and keep confidential material out of a public tool unless the text you opened allows it.

## Questions

**Does the 1 January 2026 announcement include SAET?**

The announcement names six courts and does not name SAET. SAET’s own page of 25 June 2026 deals with adoption.

**What should be disclosed?**

Follow the guideline SAET says it has adopted, as qualified by SAET’s page.

**Where is the checklist?**

Read SAET’s page first, then the PDF it adopts, and match the document you are filing to that text.
