Because of that adoption, the Supreme Court paragraphs on affidavits, submissions, expert reports and confidentiality are the paragraphs to read. Open this Court’s PDF, which is the instrument that applies. ## Effective date **12 January 2026** Issued 12 December 2025. Paragraph 1.1 says the note commences on 12 January 2026. Paragraph 1.4 says it applies to all proceedings in the Local Court.
