## Effective date

**No dedicated Territory note was listed as at 14 May 2026**

Commonwealth proceedings heard in Canberra follow the federal note for that court, such as GPN-AI in the Federal Court. Territory matters follow what the ACT Courts have actually published.

- Name the court: ACT Supreme Court, Magistrates Court, ACAT, or a federal court sitting in Canberra.
